Does the school need its own equipment?

It depends on the program. For some topics, a computer lab is enough. For others, we can bring the necessary equipment or agree on a suitable format in advance.

Can we choose our own workshop topic?

Yes. We can prepare the topic according to the participants' age, available time and equipment, and what the school wants to focus on.
